In 2024, the Elna B. Spaulding Conflict Resolution Center launched our pilot summer program called Girl PowHER – a long-standing dream for CRC.

Our goal was to provide a platform for girls to connect while developing leadership skills.

The program covered topics such as self-reflection, conflict management skills, and goal setting. We organized activities that encouraged creativity and collaboration. We are optimistic that this program will become an annual event, and we are grateful to the parents who trusted us with their daughters and contributed to the success of this pilot project.
