In 2024, the Elna B. Spaulding Conflict Resolution Center launched our pilot summer program called Girl PowHER – a long-standing dream for CRC.

In 2025, we are excited to host our second event. Our goal is to provide a platform for girls to connect and develop leadership skills.

The program will cover topics such as self-reflection, conflict management, and goal setting. We are planning activities that encourage creativity and collaboration. We are optimistic that this program will continue to grow each year, and we are deeply grateful to the parents who entrust us with their daughters and contribute to the success of this initiative.
