Conflict is inevitable and a normal part of our lives and relationships.

Conflict happens any time two or more people have different opinions, values, needs and wants. Most times conflict has a negative connotation. It can lead to feelings of anger and anguish and when mismanaged it can harm relationships.

This interactive 6-hour workshop combines discussion and skills practice in two 3-hour sessions split in two days. It provides the skills to handle conflict in a healthy way that will help use conflict as an opportunity to grow and strengthen your personal and professional relationships.

At the end of this workshop:

  • Each participant will identify an existing conflict and create a plan address this conflict.
  • Each participant will receive a certificate of completion (*).
